SUMMARY:With Flowers We Gather
DESCRIPTION:We are excited to host “With Flowers We Gather\,” presented by Summit Ridge. A music performance with live floral installation\, dance\, and crafted beverages. This performance will feature works for violin and marimba that contain various influences in jazz\, bluegrass\, minimalism\, and dance. We are excited to see a performance of Hop by Paul Lansky with Reagan Crandall\, who will bring Lansky’s program note: The piece “knows that it would like to dance\, but can’t quite get the idea” to life through….dance! The program will center around a piece we commissioned in 2017 titled “With Flowers We Gather” by Jamie Kunselman and feature Johni Hayes\, a local florist who will create a live floral installation during our performance. Food and drinks will be available to purchase\, so come hungry and thirsty to enjoy this great program! Doors open at 3:30\, concert runs from 4-5:15 or so. However\, feel free to hang around until 6:30 to drink\, eat\, and hang out! \nGet tickets here.
